Focus and Scope
Contemporary Argumentation and Debate: the Journal of the Cross Examination Debate Association is a refereed scholarly journal dedicated to publishing quality scholarship related to the theory and practice of academic debate, public argumentation and debate, diversity issues, and other areas of interest to the academic debate community. Published annually, the journal is distributed to Association members as a service included in the annual membership fees. Library and non-member individual subscriptions are also available through the office of the Executive Secretary.
