UMKC/WJC KC Swing Tourneys

Dear Colleagues,

Later I will be posting a more complete set of tourney invitations ( and
mailing them, of course).  Here is the info you need to start making
your plans for the KC Swing.

Tournament airport:  Kansas City International.  All major auto rental
companies available.

Tournament hotel:  Harrah's Casino and Hotel.  $60 flat rate per room.
Reservations: (816) 472-7777 or toll free (888) 782-9652.  Ask for the
William Jewell College/UMKC rate.

Both tournaments will offer open and junior divisions.

Time limits will be 9-3-6 with eight minutes of prep.

No round starts before 9:00 am. :)

UMKC, January 6-8

1/6   Rounds 1-4 (Round 1 starts at 9:00 am)
1/7   Rounds 5-7, Double Octos if necessary
1/8   Awards and Outrounds

William Jewell, January 9-11

1/9   Rounds 1-3 (Round 1 starts at 2:00 pm)
1/10 Rounds 4-6, Double Octos if necessary
1/11 Awards and Outrounds
