A Tournament at Harvard

Bob Trzynka of Harvard would like to again host a CEDA tournament at
Harvard along with their LD and IE tournament. This has previously been
done in November, but this year they would like to have it on the weekend
of January 31-February 1, 1998.

Bob wants to know if East  or other teams would be interested in attending.
Previosuly I have helped organize this tournament and have done tab,
although I have not yet been asked to do so. There does not seem to be
another East tournament on the schedule, although SIU is that weekend.
