        Let me put this up again, as some may not know UNCF is United
Negro College Fund. Again, this is not a flame. It's curiousity spurred
by the topic.
     Does anyone have any information on how many Traditionally
Black Colleges and Universities participate in NDT or CEDA. How
well do have they done in the past?
