of course that wouldn't deter anyone.  you would need HIGH yield nuclear
devatation for deterrance. you know, kinda like seeing that tehran would
be glowing for the next 1000 years or something, not that tactical nuclear
weapons don't serve a purpose.  and besides, hamas is rational and would
never resort to nuclear materials.  are you saying that these"terrorist"
groups just want to kill people and aren't rational?
