Topic Paper rumors

There is a rumer that there is a Human Sexuality topic paper.  Can someone
please post it to EDEBATE.  I have also heard that there is a domestic
terrorism and sanctions topic paper.  Is this true?  If it is, can someone
post those also.  I am assuming that the reason there are not more out is
because the NDT isn't over.  When that is over, will there be more papers?
If there are any other rumors going around, can someone tell me.  Thanks.
