SE/SEC Hopefuls

The University of Miami anticipates having a novice entry in the
regional tournament.  We reluctantly will not participate in the open
division, as it conflicts with the District 6 NDT Qualifier.  This
frustrates me to no end, and I sincerely hope the conflict can be
avoided in the future...
