Why Bush? At least he leaves racial slurs out of the campaign.

let me see if i have this assertion correctly.  we should judge george
bush, jr. for something he _didn't_ say but might be a part of the pop
culture of texas, rather than for what he did say?  we should also
overlook _actual_ racial slurs because of suffering?  what if i was
tormented by mexicans in texas for 12 years of public schooling--would it
be ok for me to refer to them as 'wetbacks'?  this is your logic, yes?
