Bid Allocation Help

I have heard final numbers of participating teams from all districts
except for 4 and 6.  If anyone can help contacting people at those
tournaments and encourage their district chairs to send me their final
count of qualified teams I would appreciate it.  As soon as I hear from
those districts I will post the final Bid Allocation for the district
