STA update

Thanks to the diligent efforts of users Mike Krueger, Konrad
Hack, Ken Broda-Bahm, Shawn Whalen and the brave souls at West
Georgia (who had some unprecedented difficulties - my apologies),
I have posted an "update" file that addresses all of the concerns
that I have been made aware of in recent weeks.

The update is available from  ftp://ftp.wheaton.edu/pub/debate or
you can request it from me by e-mail.

Thanks to all who are testing/using the program.  You suggestions
are all very welcome.
