i must agree with Mr. Wheat.

Being in Georgia--I have no problem with seeing good high school
debaters--Georgia has a strong debate in high school with more than 150
high schools who do policy debate, although probably only 50-75 who are
serious about it.  But it is not unusual to see 75-100 debate policy teams
at the larger ga tournaments.

I have a tough time recruiting since there is Emory, UGA, Ga State, West
Georgia, Mercer, and others that are closer to them and offer better
scholarships than does VSU/
