Summer Institute Affirmatives at Mason.

Here is what is coming out of our institute:

1) Ban/restrict epmloyer montoring of email at the workplace. Privacy and
productivity advantages.

2) Overturn Casey v. Planned Parenthood (Parental notification abortion
laws) Ads: Feminism--MacKinnon, Solves back alley abortions, judicial
consent = state coersion.

3) Gattica: Stop the discrim/ screening based on genetic info. Multitude
o'ads.

4)Bowers v. Hardwick (Who cares if it is topical.... but we will argue that
it applies under search and seizure.)
