ADA Elections

I have a question for the debate community.  I understant that there is a
ADA Business meeting in May, at which elections will be held to fill all of
the major positions.  I was wondering:

Does anyone have a listing of the ADA elections procedures and regulations?
And, if so, can someone either send the to me or post them to edebate?

Additionally, a specific question about the elections, do non-school (i.e.
individual members) get to vote in these elections?
