I'm pretty sure Jason is speaking in regards to the readjustment of the tax
brackets, which will make the salary at which you don't get taxed higher (i
think it moves from $24,500 to close to $30,000, though i'm not really sure
of the exact numbers). So this would eliminate the paying of federal income
tax for these individuals.
