Jack,
Can't say for sure. But many have been put to death after their attorneys slept
through the trial, failed to call witnesses etc. And then there the ones who were
sentenced to death despite the key witnesses being paid off by the government that
was prosecuting them. But whats a few constitutional rights? Oh, unless of
course you believe in "strict construction." Then there are only a few
constitutional rights.
