I'm forwarding an earlier request for 2001-2002 HS tournament information
I sent a couple weeks ago, relevant to the NDCA calendar I'm preparing to
distribute at the TOC next weekend.
To the 45 tournament directors who have already sent me tournament
information: Thanks very much for your help! I have your responses, all
the information you sent will be included, and unless it's changed there's
no need to reply again to this request.
For others who have not yet replied, please consider this chance to
publicize your regional or national circuit debate event! Reply as soon
as you can, since the calendar is bound and soon goes to press. Don't
delay in responding just because you don't know everything yet -- the date
is the important thing.
Thansk again...
David

Subject: 2001-2 HS Tournament Information
I'm assisting with production of the 2001-2002 NDCA Tournament Calendar,
and would appreciate your help. If you're running a high school debate
tournament and wish to attract a regional or national draw, would you
please fill out the quick request for information below and send it back
to me by replying to this email?
I know this seems early, but the NDCA Board of Directors is eager for this
information to be distributed at the University of Kentucky TOC in early
May. Please only provide definite (that is, not tentative) information so
those relying on the calendar can trust the details contained there.
I'll repost this in the next several weeks. If you know of directors not
likely to receive this EDEBATE mailing, would you please forward it to
them?
If you prefer to print this out and fax the form to me, fax to my
attention at 404-651-1409.
Please don't delay in responding simply because all the details of your
event are not yet finalized -- send me what you know -- especially if the
date is established, that information alone will be much appreciated by
your colleagues. Thanks!
David Cheshier
