I dont know if the new laws going into effect soon deal with just KS high
schools or all levels of schooling, but I know for us that in the near
future anyone operating a vehicle with more than 9 people in it will have to
have a CDL. It may already be in effect for the high schools. It doesnt
effect us much because our district only has 9 passenger suburbans. But I
know many districts with larger passenger vans. it might be tought for them
and I assume this will filter to the college level in this state very soon
as well.
