While he was hospitalised, bin Laden received visits from many members of
>his family as well as prominent Saudis and Emiratis. During the hospital
>stay, the local CIA agent, known to many in Dubai, was seen taking the main
>elevator of the hospital to go to bin Laden's hospital room.
>A few days later, the CIA man bragged to a few friends about having visited
>bin Laden. Authorised sources say that on July 15th, the day after bin
>Laden
>returned to Quetta, the CIA agent was called back to headquarters.
What is the matter Jack? Were your usual sources in Brazilian engineering departments too busy to comment, or did you think they might be too credible? This doesn't even rise to the level of an "allegation". Unnamed sources saw an unnamed agent who, according to additional unnamed sources, returned to headquarters... don't you think thats a little far-fetched? For starters, the Station Chief of the CIA at any location is on the embassy staff (diplomatic immunity helps quite a bit in that line of work) and their name is a matter of the public record. Was your newspaper just too lazy to look it up before concocting the story?
Maybe they haven't heard of Google yet. If they had used it, they could have found that Dr. Callaway, the head of Urology at the American Hospital Dubai is a specialist in Renal Calculus Disease and Pediatric Urology, not gallstones or infertility treatments.
For the love of little apples, could you make sure an article passes the laugh test before you send FIVE copies of it?
