[eDebate] Negation theory and two-headed topics

Hi, I've always operated under the assumption that it was understood within the resolution that if the Aff stood resolved for an increast of power, for example, that the negative automatically stood resolved that the power should either be maintained as is, in keeping with the status quo, or could be reduced.  Or, is this view no longer the trend? Duane
