uh oops, that i come from a privildged program thing was sorta a form of 
sarcasm, but not really our program really does have all of those things but 
not our policy team, our policy team has two teams (3 people who started the 
year with ceda novice eligibility), two coaches who work on a completly 
voluntary basis,and one graduate assistant, marginal by any account. and yes 
the bigger programs did get wise but our argument was usualy realtivly 
anticiapting of their shifts, yes we still lost to the bigger teams but at 
least we got to define where the fight would take place= increase in 
potential competitive success. Its not about not having the answers, there 
are always answers.
