2001-2002 CROSS EXAMINATION DEBATE ASSOCIATION
Executive Secretary Report
September, 2001

Hello Everyone:

A few items to mention. Please contact me if you have any questions or
concerns.

* Tournament calendar. I have a lot of the information, but the
calendar is not complete. Please send me your tournament information.
I?d like to have the calendar up-to-date by the end of the month. The
newest calendar is available at
http://esc.wichita.edu/debate/calendar.html. I will forward a copy to
Glen Strickland to post on the CEDA website, too. If you need me to
email or fax you a copy, please let me know.

* Tournament results. Please send me your results as quickly after your
tournament ends as is possible. Fax them to me at (316) 978-3006. Let
me know if you have any problems.

* Amendments to the constitution or by-laws. They are due 30 days prior
to the business meeting. That means that I need to have a copy of any
amendment no later than October 1. I will post all of the amendments
along with other relevant NCA information in early October.

* NCA meetings. The Executive Council meeting is scheduled on November
1, from 3:30-4:45. The business meetings are scheduled on November 2,
from 9:30-10:45 and from 12:30-1:45. The topic paper presentations are
scheduled on November 2, from 3:30-4:45.

* Membership. Some of your forms have come in. Most schools use the
AFA to pay their dues. Once I get a report from AFA I will post a list
of paid members for the current year. A membership form is enclosed
with this report.
