Practice of communication studies:  how to construct language in such a way as to make
yourself a lot of money

Theory of communication studies:  how the construction of language in such a way as to
make a lot of money disempowers human communities and ruins their livelihoods

It makes perfect sense.

Maybe we'll get instruction on the theory and practice of Machiavellianism next...
