honestly, i was a little naive about flying to israel on el al but the 
family i was visiting and most others were shocked at how extensively i was 
investigated and searched.

i think a much better approach would be for israel to comply with 
international law and lift the occupation and take responsibility for 
al-nakba, the destruction of 1948 which forced palestinians from their 
homes.

fascism exists there not just because the palestinians are irrational but 
because colonial domination is in place.

the searches and airline policies are symptoms of systematic racism.
