Obviously, I wholeheartedly agree with stefan on this issue (as I've already 
posted our 1AC to edebate).  It takes only 10 minutes to sit down and type 
cites, plus some lexis searchable words (where applicable) into an email, 
and the whole community benefits.  In addition, you get to argue (on 
topicality) that the community possessed some "prior notice" of the aff.  
While I won't hold this out as a topicality solution to some of the "less 
topical cases"  (wink, wink, nudge, nudge, you know who you are:) ) it will 
help.  so stop what you're doing, and if you went to vegas and debated, let 
the rest of community see some evidence that we didn't just gamble all 
weekend.
