Greetings all,

Just another friendly reminder to send in your eligibilty forms if you
plan to attend the NDT.  The due date is

MARCH 4, 2002.

Here is the rest of the information.

 ENROLLMENT CERTIFICATION.   IMPORTANT.  Addressing a concern that all
debaters attending be eligible to attend, the 1999 Committee passed a
resolution such that participating teams need to submit a letter
verifying that each member of the team is in good standing and regularly
enrolled at their university or college.  Participating NDT students
must provide by March 4, 2002 an official document from a University of
college official verifying that he or she is registered as an
undergraduate student and is in good standing at the school to be
represented.

             Letters should be sent (By US mail or fax) to:

Because there are some problems with how legible some faxes are, I am
asking that everyone follow up their fax by mailing the originals of the
forms.

Also, I am trying to confirm receipt once the forms arrive, but I do not
have emails for everyone.  So, if you want confirmation, please write
your email on the form, or send me an email.
