[eDebate] Topic for 2003-2004

I'm not necessarily opposed to Hester's call....(see my forthcoming call for 
an INWARD ACTIVIST TURN to deal with these issues), but I think Doug R. makes 
a good point that many people still debate the topic. I judge 5 debates at 
Wake --4 prelims and one elim.  Four of the debates were totally awesome. I'd 
hate to give that up.

87 percent cannot find Iraq

83 percent cannot find Afghanistan

76 percent cannot find Saudi Arabia

70 percent cannot find New Jersey

49 percent cannot find New York

11 percent cannot find the United States
