[eDebate] Looking for a Novice/JV Swing Partner for John Carroll U.

The University of Chicago is looking for a swing partner for a new member of 
our team. He's got two years of experience in the JV division of the Urban 
Debate League, I think 20-30 rounds total. I'd prefer to put him in JV, but if 
anyone needs a novice swing partner I don't think he would be entirely out of
