... there's an article by Deleuze in the 'D&G' section that i think debaters 
might be interested in: for instance, G speaks at his clearest about what 
the way he uses the term 'subject of enunciation' (which T-bone had a 
question about).

to mix threads, instead of quibbling about how many judges a team can 
strike, perhaps specific tournaments should experiment with their judging 
pools: for instance, what about, for at least one tournament this year, 
judges be entirely hip-hoppers? a lot of these folks are un-employed anyway 
for lack of record deals, so at once debate would be directly helping out 
local hiphop communities while being directly challenged to learn its poetic 
stylings. and what on earth could be better than hearing what would be a 
typically boring end-of-the-round oral critique rapped in rhyme-flows?
