You're mistaken Duane, most states has an age limit period. I mean two 15 
year olds, or an 18 and a 16 year old. Most states the cut off is 16 for parents 
consent. We give the state this power, if we aregue for same sex rights, then 
we also must argue for the 85 year old man who wants to marry his 23yr old big 
breasted, blonde, 'caretaker', w/o the family getting an injunction based on 
mental fitness. I say an old guy who wants to marry in that situation is more 
fit than most of us.
