Hello you Cal Hippy Peacenick,

Anyway, I am only answering one part of this ramble :).  Tejinder, absent Federal Control the natives topic would have been a TOTAL disaster.  The Natives topic was a total disaster but was only made mildly tolerable by the fact that the affirmative could NOT just say "genocide was bad."  In other words, there was a part of the topic that forced the affirmative to create meaningful negative ground (I realize this is something you seem to care little about given our many discussions but it is VERY important to debate in my estimation and makes or breaks a topic for me).
