I think it is abuse to say, "most reasonable means." Ever met a Congressional decision you didn't like???

Later on you say, "Well imagine," or "I guess....". I understand the appeal of a politics DA given Bush-bashing, but I don't understand why fiat doesn't make it irrelevant.

"Well, gosh..."

Fiat IS magic. Whether Dem/Rep/or purple, you don't gain anything by saying, "Here's the way I'd like for the Aff to pass, and I'll blame the _____________branch of the government in a 5-4, 350-250, 1-0 (or Cabinet) vote."

Political disad's are silly. The whole point of plans is they haven't been passed yet, may not be, and even probabilities of how they might pass 10 years from now is fantasy.

I understand people like politics, that they feel more contemporary by amassing (temporary) crap about politics, BUT fiat means politics is irrelevant.
