you're advocating the legal recognition of same-sex marraiges and arguing 
that anyone who disagrees with such an advocacy is implicity violating the 
first amendment's protection against the establishment of a state religion - 
i'm saying that the legal recognition of marraige, whether for hetero or 
homo couples, in and of itself violates the establishment clause since it 
obligates the state to recognize what is essentially a religious union ... 
and you failed to respond.

that's insulting. polygamy is a widespread tradition in many cultures and 
among many religions. please retify the implicit anti-mormon bigotry in your 
remarks.

agreed, then even the immature, regardless of their age, deserve the right 
to make their own mistakes, even in regards to sexual decisions.

my 'agenda' is no different from those who condemned heterosexist bigots for 
considering homosexuality a pathology - e.g: in the 1984 bowers v. hardwick 
decision, one of the concurring justices cited british common law as 
defining homosexual love as 'the crime that dare not speak its name'. well 
in modern times, the crime that dare not speak its name is pedophilia, or 
intergenerational love; even though none of us would be here if those 
labelled as children weren't having sex (and having babies), the thought of 
children engaged in consensual sexual activity with adults is as unspeakable 
and disgusting to modern peoples as the thought of men engaged in consensual 
sexual activity was in centuries past. and often these two prejudices 
overlap (see the north american man-boy love association), for instance ...

i'd remind you that the law which sentenced mr. limon to 17 years in prison 
for a same-sex blowjob was a statutory rape law that forbad sexual contact 
between certain age groups. the supsension of that grossly unjust sentence 
resulted from the supreme court decision you were defending, mr. 
scalia-west. so exactly whose 'agenda' are you refusing to dignify?
