[eDebate] New Program

Hello,

I am on my way to Vermont, and just finished the paperwork to bring policy 
debate back to the University of Oklahoma.  I have been working with the 
President, David Boren, and he has been very generous in sponsoring us.  It 
seems much easier if you start at the top.

I am not sure where our first tournament will be, or who the debaters will be, 
but we will be traveling this year.  This has happened so fast, mostly in 1 
week, that i have not got all of the details down yet.

In short, i went to the President at OU and said you need a policy debate 
program, and he said O.K. (it seemed to be the only way jackie/family/stormee/ 
and debate could co-exist)

This allows me to stay close to my family and enjoy participating in an 
activity that means so much to me.
