[eDebate] NCFL Nationals Elimination Round Results 2003

Hi, The NCFL tournament does not give speaker awards.  While I am not sure of all the reasons for this, I believe that one reason is the wide mix of judges and the lack of a consistent, standardized point allocation criteria throughout the pool. Thus, any awards would not really be based on reality (for instance, one of my debaters gets 29, 24, 17????? From three different judges watching the same debate) hence, they are not given.
