[eDebate] Wake -- important pref and judge conflict info

I MUST have all info about who might be judging so I can let ya'll do 
the prefs.

I will send a fresh data set out later this afternoon and you should 
check to be sure that any potential judge is listed.

Prefs will be ready to be entered by you on Larson's website by tomorrow 
  and you will have until noon Friday to do so. User logins and PINs for 
your school will be sent by e-mail to the people (coach/director 
usually) who have been sending me your entry data.

I NEED CONFLICT DATA. To ppreset the rounds for release Fri. night I 
really need everyone to send their judge conflict of interest info. Head 
coaches, check w/ your judges and make sure all potential conflicts are 
listed and sent to me. EVEN IF YOUR ANSWER IS "NO CONFLICTS."

Later I will send a list that says who gave me no such data.
