[eDebate] need a paper on technology role in debate rounds

Need help finding a good authoritative article addressing the evolving roles of technology in debate rounds.

am putting together a budget request for more tech at my school, and I need a good summative article to include about the evolving nature of tech in the game.  listservs, laptops, wireless acccess, cutting cards online, paperless rounds.

am envisioning Tom cruise in Minority Report sorting virtual pages in a debate round.  eliminating need for printed ev.  maybe someone could write the program while they were at it.

if anyone has advice or access to a good document or two on this subject, would appreciate a heads up.
