Vandalism in terms of broken chairs and other furniture, gratuitous
graffitti, broken windows, etc. cannot be tolerated by campuses esp. in
their best facilities usually schools of law and business. This costs
time and money and hurts the college/university reputation. THIS KIND
OF BEHAVIOR IS ILLEGAL.

Trashing is also intolerable. People are leaving mounds of paper old
flows notes etc. and food. pizza boxes, trash, cans, bottles, food
wrappers, garbage all over. After a few hrs , if not cleaned up, this
becomes absolutely disgusting.

Both show bad breeding and severe discourtesy. They force hosts to do
massive clean up efforts with garbage bags and clean up materials in
hand. They cost hundreds of dollars. Sometimes hosts lose facilities
not just from building maintenance folks but from deans, provosts, et
al.

This kind of thing means hosts can't host. For supposedly smart people
many are rather stupid. GET A CLUE FOLKS AND DON'T MAKE OR AT LEAST
CLEAN UP YOUR OWN MESSES.
