Congrats to UCO Kissinger/Casey who won the JV division on a 2-1 over 
Louisville Miwanze/Scott.

Congrats to Louisville for a great tournament and this District is better 
off for their presence.  You made people think.  Thats never a bad thing.

Thanks to Jan Hovden, Justin Stanley, and Bryce Dietrich for staying and 
judging a great final round in JV.
