Why not make the Aff. (contradict/reverse/reneg/violate) one of the
assurances made to china in some of the foundational documents of
US/PRC/ROC relations?

Resolved: The United States Federal Government should violate one of its
assurances to the PRC or the ROC made in one or more of the following:
1) The TAiwan Relations Act
2) the Six Assurances (1982)
3) the Shanghai Communique (1982)
4) the "three Noes"
