[eDebate] ADA proposals

The American Debate Association annual business meeting will be held on May  6th in Orlando, Florida.

Anyone who is interested in attending the meeting and submitting proposals to change the ADA rules must forward a copy of their proposals to me by this Friday, April 22nd.   The ADA constitution requires that proposals be submitted to the President two weeks prior to the meeting.

The following Monday, April 25th, I will mail a copy of all the proposals to the ADA membership.  If you are unable to attend the meeting, you are allowed to vote by proxy.  You should indicate how you want to vote on each motion and give a copy of your ballot to someone who is going to attend the meeting.  No persons attending the meeting are allowed to submit more than 2 poxies.  All proxies must be submitted to the Secretary before the start of the meeting.
