first, let me say that #3 would be the best debate topic ever!

second, these are all excellent options and i echo the growing chorus that
there is absolutely no reason why they shouldn't be on the ballot.

finally, how would one go about amending the CEDA bylaws so that from now on,
in lieu of a topic committee meeting, we simply ask Dallas to come up with 5
resolutions to put on the ballot?
