[eDebate] NOVICE AT UCO - swing needed!

If anyone has a novice swing partner for UCO, I can put another team into 
the novice division.  This novice has experience, has won a couple of 
rounds, and doesn't mind non traditional arguments. Her name is Katie Rice 
and she debated at our tournament.

Anything goes, just let me know soon and we can get it going.
