[eDebate] Call for Faculty Applications for 2006 DC Debate Institute

The DC Urban Debate League is now accepting applications for faculty
positions at the 2006 DC Debate Institute. The DCDI will run from Monday,
August 7, to Friday, August 11, at the University of the District of Columbia.
Faculty are required participate in a two day training workshop on Friday,
August 4, and Saturday, August 5.
Applicants should have a background in policy debate instruction with prior
participation in the activity a plus. Faculty will be responsible for implementing
DCDI curriculum and assessing student progress. Additionally, faculty will be
asked to work with novice coaches who will be attending concurrent training.
Compensation will be commensurate with experience. While the DCUDL will
not be able to cover the costs of transportation or housing for the institute in full,
we will work with faculty to make arrangements on a case by case basis.
