They are few and far between.

But, how do we deal with teams who:

1. Do not participate in meaningful pre-tournament disclosure.

2. Refuse to give any written materials to scouts or observers.

3. Refuse to be recorded in any electronic format. Upon recording, demand 
that any recordings be destroyed.

Any ideas? Should we refuse their wishes to not be recorded if they won't 
give their written arguments to scouts? (After all, every participant in a 
public event does have a right to record that information: Imagine the 
police telling you that your conversation with them could not be recorded...)

How would you like it if the Georgia squad followed # 1-3?
