[eDebate] Ranking Teams for Purpose of Presets

I think an A-B system for the first two rounds is fine. however, i think that a
system that specifically precludes the top tema from hitting each other in the
first two rounds (i.e. Michigan A would never debate Emory A in rounds 1 and 2)
would be at the expense of teams that are deemed to be "lesser," or, create a
self-fulfilling prophecy.

For Example (just an example, not really sure if Michigan A is worthy of being
compared to say, Northwestern A or Emory A (just a joke!)): If Michigan A, by
virtue of it being ranked as an "A" gets two walk overs in rounds one and two,
it is pretty well set for the rest of the tournament. Yes, power matching helps
mitigate, but two rounds in your pocket is sweet. Similarly, if directional
Lousiana school du jour is ranked with a "B" and gets pounded by Northwestern A
and Emory A (because they too cannot hit one another), this team is now down 0-2
and has a hard time of climbing up the back of the bracket.
