William Pitt Debating Union debaters Michael Mangus, Melissa Mistretta and
Guy Risko will be joining Hal Singer, President of Criterion Economics,
and Art Brodsky, Communications Director for Public Knowledge, in a public
debate on the question "Should Congress guarantee net neutrality?" this
Friday, February 23, 2007 from 2-3 p.m. (eastern time) in the University
of Pittsburgh's Sennott Hall.
The debate will feature the Pittsburgh format, where student speakers are
paired with prominent invited experts. Professor Gordon Mitchell, Director
of Debate at the University of Pittsburgh, will moderate.
