This is the final set of announcements before the cooperative begins. Email with any questions, and have a safe trip:

1. Check into White Hall (see map below) any time on the 31st or 1st. If, for some reason, they don't have your name, have them call Matt Stannard for confirmation.

2. The opening assembly of the cooperative will take place at 6:00 PM on August 1, in the Agriculture Auditorium. Immediately following that assembly, at 6:30 PM, will be registration and payment; some very nice people from Conferences and Institutes will be here to take your money. Immediately following this, labs will meet for the first time (you'll receive lists telling you where to go) and the rest of the evening will be devoted to diagnostics, brainstorming, and a little socialization.

Items 3 and 4 are for people flying into Denver:

3. If we haven't heard from you by now on the question of transportation from Denver, you're pretty much on your own. Greyhound runs from DIA to Laramie. There may be other shuttle services more expensive than Greyhound; ask at the transportation desk. Best bet is to catch a ride with someone on the way up through Denver.

A final shuttle list is at: http://www.debatecooperative.net/forums/showthread.php?t=1165

4. If your flight is delayed: If you've provided us with your itineraries (a few boneheads haven't) drivers can check your flight info at DIA. If you run into an emergency, call Stannard's office phone, (307) 766-6690. Someone will call you back as soon as possible.

Item 5 is for people driving to the cooperative:

5. You will need to purchase a parking permit for the number of days you are at the cooperative; you can do so at registration (6:30 PM Wednesday night after opening assembly). I believe it will be around 20 dollars for two weeks.

Campus maps:
