The judging pool at this year's CEDA Nationals is 26% women. In the two outrounds where all judges were committed, 22% of the Triples judges were women, and 23% of the Doubles judges were women. Not quite parity (and we might want to talk more about why only 26% of the pool is women), but much improved from previous years. In other words, women judges were only slightly less likely than men judges to be placed on outrounds panels (in previous years, male judges were often about twice as likely to be placed).
