Dear Friends:

just so everyone know, Judge Surrick of the US District Court dismissed 
the frivolous suit by Mr. Berg Esq. last night for lack of standing to 
pursue such an action.

According to a local press story, Mr. Berg has in the past run for 
Governor on third party tickets, and also put out a website in 2001 on a 
platform that the 9/11 attacks were staged by the federal government and 
were not the result of terrorist actions.

His lawsuit and his allegations therein are not deserving of comment 
considering the source.
