[eDebate] Paperless -- Who is doing it?

We're practicing with it this summer, with the plan of most of our teams
being paperless (or at least, less paper) by Sept.. I am committed to it,
even over the howls of debaters. We will also be 3-4K richer. Thanks to
Hardy for the macros, and to Jim for being stubborn.
